In a new video for Caitlyn’s docu-series I Am Cait, we see Kylie Jenner meeting Caitlyn Jenner for the first time in person.
It took 65-year-old Caitlyn a long time to open up to her family about her transition. But, she sat down with all of her children earlier this year and told them about her journey. Since then they’ve all been extremely supportive of Caitlyn and her transition.
On June 1, Caitlyn made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair, introducing herself to the world. Since then, she’s been spending time with her friends and family, and filming her new docu-series, I Am Cait.
In a new promo video for the show, which premieres this Sunday at 8 p.m. on E!, we see Kylie surprising Caitlyn at her house. It was recently revealed that Kylie first met Caitlyn over FaceTime, but this clip shows their first in-person meeting.
In the video, Kylie says QUOTE I do want to meet her, it’ll be a little uncomfortable in the beginning, but I think we’re both ready. END QUOTE
We then see Kylie walk into a room and surprise Caitlyn. Here’s a clip of Kylie meeting Caitlyn:
So sweet! We love that Kylie told Caitlyn that she looks so pretty!
At the end of the promo video, we hear Kylie joking about being married at 17! When Kylie’s grandma Esther gives Kylie a picture of herself at the age of 17, Caitlyn reveals that her mother was actually married at the time the picture was taken. Kylie then jokes QUOTE kinda like me! END QUOTE
While Kylie is in a serious relationship with 25-year-old Tyga, the two aren’t married…. yet.
