Kylie Jenner Responds To MAJOR Lip Gloss Kit Defect After Backlash

Kylie Jenner responds to a MAJOR defect in her Lip Kit line, after backlash from more than a few angry customers.
Kylie got into some hot water over her Lip Kit glosses, after fans took to twitter to complain about problems with the kit’s brushes.
Kylie’s Lip Kit is one of the most successful cosmetic lines in history, selling out almost instantly every time the kit is restocked. So with that much demand for the product, it’s surprising to hear that many who bought the glosses were super disatisfied.
Makeup artist Jeffree Star recently ordered the product, and went to twitter to complain about the gloss’s wand--tweeting QUOTE, “SO disappointed in this product. That wand is unacceptable.” As you can see in the picture, the wand Jeffree received in his kit was completely frayed and bend out of shape. Many other fans who received glosses with defects followed suit and and also took to social media to complain, prompting Kylie to share a quick response.
Kylie went on Instagram to tackle the backlash, posting a picture of a couple of undamaged gloss wands with the caption QUOTE, “...I love hearing your feedback. When I saw the problem with my lip gloss brushes I stopped all production and changed it. Life is a learning experience and we learn from our mistakes. Only a small amount of the old brushes were sold and I can now confirm that next week we are sending new brushes/glosses to EVERYONE that ordered on 4/1.” Well, at least she addressed the problem as soon as it came to her attention, and we definitely agree with her that the most important thing is to learn from our mistakes.
