Kylie Jenner Urged From Sheriffs To File Restraining Order Against Stalker Fan

Kylie Jenner is currently undergoing a run-in with the law after local sheriffs advise her to file a restraining order against a crazed fan, and we’re bringing you all the details right now.
Some fans are dedicated, but other fans just can’t seem to quit, and Kylie’s learning this the hard way… so will a restraining order finally serve her justice?
You know your safety is in hot water when cops highly advise you to take legal matters into your own hands, and Kylie Jenner is now being advised to file a restraining order against a serious Stage 5 Clinger.
But in all seriousness, one man who has tried to get to Kylie at least ten times, attempted to break into her gated community last week for a second time in a row. Luckily the man was caught and taken to a psych hospital, however, not even that could stop him. It was reported that he escaped the hospital before deputies were able to hunt him down and bring him back to the psych hold.
The fan is now being watched very closely, however, he is only able to be held for 72 hours. The L.A. County Sheriff’s department has highly advised Kylie to file a restraining order, prohibiting him from coming within a football field’s distance from her or her home.
If Kylie does go through with the restraining order and the man violates the law, he could be arrested and held for an even longer period of time, so it makes sense why this would be a smart move on Kylie’s part. There is no word yet as to whether she is going through with the restraining order or not, so we just hope she remains safe and out of harm’s way.
