Sekretariat Solidariti Palestin spokesperson Tian Chua said the owner of the land where the ‘Siege for Palestine’ campsite is located had given them permission to use the site.

He said the owner sent them message saying he was allowing them to occupy the site.

SSP launched its protest on Tuesday night, starting with a march from the nearby Menara TH Tun Razak and announced a symbolic "blockade” at the site near the US embassy for six days until the new year.
