Lim: No money and land paid to the contractor for undersea tunnel project

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng reiterated on Tuesday that no money and land was paid to the contractor for the undersea tunnel project.
Lim was asked to comment on the statement made by MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, saying that although Lim had said that not a single sen was paid for the feasibility study of the undersea tunnel, the fact remained that it was paid in kind.
