Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Reciprocal Road Charge (RRC) on foreign-registered vehicles entering the country from the Thailand border is set to be implemented by June this year. He said this during the signing of joint statement between Malaysia and France at the Malaysian-French High Speed Rail Seminar 2017 on Thursday.
