Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai urges all vehicle owners with expired road tax not exceeding three years to get a reprieve during the nationwide “whitening” exercise programme.
Liow said this during the launching of the Transport Ministry's carnival in Bentong, Pahang on Saturday.
