After attending a luncheon with Chinese organisations on Saturday, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai told a press conference that there was no discrimination in Malaysia's policy of imposing the RM20 Vehicle Entry Permit fee for foreign-registered vehicles into Malaysia, starting from July 16.
