During a visit to a temple in Bukit Siput near Segamat, Johor on Saturday, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said Malaysia did not discriminate any vehicle owners who want to enter Malaysia as road charges would be imposed on the foreign vehicles starting with the Singaporean border with Johor Baru on Nov 1.
