DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke said he would not sue Kepala Batas MP Siti Mastura Muhammad over her allegations of a DAP family conspiracy.

This, he said, is because her allegations that he was related to Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng, while untrue, were not defamatory.
