Just when we started having a little sympathy for Zayn Malik after his “stress-induced” exit from One Direction, he turns to the dark side… or shall we say, the Naughty Boy side…
.
Yeah, unfortunately Zayn has sparked a ton of media buzz lately and now, he’s even the center of a heated Twitter feud between his new record producer, Naughty Boy, and his old bandmate Louis Tomlinson. The drama went down after a demo – we don’t know when this was actually recorded -- of a song called “I Won’t Mind” on SoundCloud was released, and of course to rile up the fans, Naughty Boy then retweeted a video that said he, QUOTE, “saved Zaughty” and “Zaughty will rise.” Take a listen:
Ok, although I’m actually liking this new song, this public dig obviously didn’t sit well with Zayn’s old bandmates as Louis then took to Twitter and replied to Naughty Boy’s retweet saying, QUOTE, “Wow @NaughtyBoyMusic you're so inconsiderate pal, seriously how f---ing old are you? Grow up! #masterofallwisdom"
.
He then followed up with a tweet saying, QUOTE, “Always have struggled to bite my tongue.” But of course the Twitter war drags on as Naughty Boy was completely mistaken as he thought Louis was referring to a tweet from 2012, but obviously Louis wasn’t mistaken when he fired back with, QUOTE, “@NaughtyBoyMusic I was talking about the video you tweeted. Clearly trying to wind the fans up! Well you succeeded anyway. Fair play."
.
And to shut down the Twitter feud, Naughty Boy then tweeted a series of tweets, ending with a link to Zayn’s new demo song and tweeted, QUOTE, “"let the music do the talking guys. thank us later."
.
So what’s the deal with this music from Zayn? Do you guys think he left the band on good terms orrr did he plan to go solo awhile back?
