MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai says the Malaysia-China ties have seen a transition from a purely trade-based relationship to the present where both nations enjoy financial cooperation. Liow was speaking the International Conference on Harnessing Diversity Key to the Belt and Road Initiative held on Saturday.He also says MCA will serve as a “bridge” in fostering deeper exchange in the fields of culture, education and others between Malaysia and China through the Belt and Road Initiative.
