Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today paid a courtesy visit to Chinese President Xi Jinping, marking a significant highlight of Anwar’s visit to China.
At a press conference, Anwar confirmed he had invited Xi to attend the ASEAN-GCC Summit, set to be held in Malaysia next year.
He also emphasized that while Malaysia-China relations are growing stronger, this does not mean Malaysia is taking sides, as the country maintains a balanced and neutral stance.
