Malaysia is one of the worst countries for transgender individuals living in the country, international NGO Human Rights Watch (HRW) said today.
"Almost everyday, the transgender people run the risk of getting arrested," HRW's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights division's advocacy director Boris Dittrich told a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.
