Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong witnessed the signing of the High-Speed Rail (HSR) agreement on Tuesday during the 7th Malaysia-Singapore Leaders' Retreat.
