Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak says Malaysia is expected to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore, for the development of the high-speed rail (HSR) linking both countries in the middle of 2016. He announced this during his speech at the 12th Invest Malaysia KL 2016 on Tuesday.
