On a gorgeous autumnal day on 6 November 2011, Chef Norman Musa's Cookery School on Tour with Malaysia Kitchen arrived in iconic Edinburgh. Set in the idyllic Royal Botanic Garden, six free cookery workshops were held throughout the day to excite the Scottish about Malaysian food. Yet another event by Europe's leading Malaysian chef in his mission to make Malaysian cuisine known globally.
