It looks like Justin Bieber isn’t getting any jail time for his arrest back in January, BUT he didn’t exactly get off scott free, either.
As we’re sure you recall, JB was arrested in Miami for a DUI when he was seen participating in what police described as an illegal drag race. The star was then booked for a DUI, but when toxicology reports came back, his blood alcohol level was under the legal limit for underage drivers.
Anyways, it’s being reported that as part of a plea deal, Justin is set to plea guilty to lesser charges including misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest without violence, as opposed to the original DUI charge.
So, what exactly is Bieber’s legal punishment? We hear that the musician will have to take anger management classes in addition to making a 50-thousand dollar donation to charity as well as paying court fines.
This is just the latest one of Justin’s legal dramas getting put to rest as he also recently plead “no contest” to a misdemeanor vandalism charge brought on by when he allegedly egged his neighbors home. For that particular case, it’s reported that he’ll have to shell out 80-thousand dollars.
Oh and let’s not forget about the other ongoing cases he has against in him Toronto and yet another one in Miami.
Let’s just hope Justin gets this all this stuff sorted out and he complies with all the stipulations behind his punishments… because at the end of the day, we’ve believed in this guy from the beginning, he is quite talented and we want him to succeed and be an awesome member of society!!
