Justin Bieber Under Investigation For HEADBUTTING A Man & Fakes Sick To Avoid Deposition

Legal troubles, alleged physical assault, you would think that after all these years the Biebs would’ve learned to keep his hands to himself…or in this case, his head.
Justin, you managed to stay out of trouble with the law for a little over a year. What happened, man?
Things went from 0 to 100 for Justin early Saturday morning at Serafina. The singer was just casually attending a pre-Grammy party over the weekend and having a grand time before things reportedly turned sour. According to TMZ, several eyewitnesses at the party told the outlet that JB was “play fighting” with his friend Kyle Massey before he noticed that someone was recording his every move.
Now this is where things supposedly started to get out of hand and you can kind of see it go down in this video obtained by TMZ.
When Justin asked the guy, Dean Parker, to stop recording and delete the video, the man refused to do so and that’s when partygoers saw the singer lunge towards him. According to the LA County Sheriff’s Department report, the Biebs allegedly head-butted Dean, BUT Dean told TMZ that Justin actually lunged for his camera and hit him in the face.
According to TMZ, Dean doesn’t want to press charges against Justin, but law enforcement plans on moving forward with the investigation. On TOP of getting into fist fights, the singer was BUSTED for calling in sick for a scheduled deposition on February 8th.
Justin was supposed to meet with these attorneys from Nashville who are representing a songwriter who claimed Justin stole their sample for his hit song, ‘Sorry.’ But, on the day of the deposition, Justin’s team informed the lawyers hours before their meeting that Justin would not be able to attend because he was feeling sick.
Unfortunately for Justin, videos of himself partying at Bootsy Bellows the night before the depo and chugging beers at a house party surfaced on the interwebs and blew his cover.
Needless to say, the lawyers were PISSED -- especially since they flew to LA from Nashville to make things easier for the Biebs.
