Justin Bieber ACCUSED Of Punching Man In Cleveland & Under Investigation For Assault

But this all happened in back in JUNE, so why did it take so long to file??
This all started in cleveland after a cavaliers playoff game on June 8th. The altercation involved 34 year old Rodney Cannon when he claimed Justin took his sunglasses after the game. When he snapped a picture of bieber wearing the aforementioned glasses, everything changed. Rodney claims after he took the photo of justin it enraged him, and sent him in to “attack mode”. Justin allegedly punched this guy in the face, but they are also saying that justins body guards got thrown into the mix. So why did it take so long to file? But people connected to this incident are saying that he didn't want things to go to court, but justin wouldn't play ball.
