Justin Bieber's Miami Arrest ►►
Justin Bieber reportedly storms out of a Miami deposition this morning after being questioned about his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. According to various outlets, including TMZ, JB sat for a four and a half hour deposition, where he answered questions about an alleged assault involving one of his body guards and a photographer last year on June 5th. Thing apparently took a heated turn when the lawyer for the bodyguard began asking Justin multiple questions about Selena, including whether or not she was present for the incident in question or any other altercations involving paparazzi photographers. According to TMZ, Justin stood up to leave the courtroom momentarily and screamed out "Don't ask me about her, do not ask me about her!" When he returned and the questioning resumed, JB asked the lawyer "what is this, 60 Minutes?" and later directed this to the lawyer "Okay Katie Couric, what's your question?" It's important to note that this deposition, which took place in a Miami office building, as videotaped, however, this footage is not public. That said, Justin's supposed reaction to being questioned about Selena is completely unconfirmed at this point. The facts we do have are the following: the photographer, whose name is Jeffrey Binion filed the lawsuit against Justin last June. The altercation, which ALLEGEDLY included four bodyguards throwing Binion against a wall, grabbing him, choking him and flashing a gun at him, happened outside of The Hit Factory Studio in Miami. Binion is asking for 15-thousand dollars to cover his bodily injuries, pain and suffering, quote "mental anguish," and other medical expenses.
.
This deposition was supposed to take place in Santa Monica, CA in January, but unfortunately Justin was arrest in Miami Beach for a DUI and other charges during that time and was forced to reschedule. That said, we will keep you posted on both of these legal battles as details unfold. Just last week Justin was spotted celebrating his 20th birthday in the Bahamas with a group of close friends, and everyone is really rooting for him to overcome all of this recent turmoil. So, the question is, do you think it was inappropriate for Justin to be questioned about Selena? And do you think this topic was brought up in questioning to purposely upset him OR do you think this line of questioning makes sense since there were definitely multiple instances that Selena and Justin were photographed together by the paparazzi. Weigh in down in the comments section, and click here to get the facts and ONLY the facts regarding Justin's Miami arrest. Again, we're just looking forward to getting new music from JB.
