Miley Cyrus hit the stage at last night's Bangerz tour stop in Milwaukee in nothing but her undies. A fan tweeted out the photo of Miley wearing nearly nothing in what actually resembles more a two piece matching swimsuit look -- so is this just a new costume or what? Well, Miley hit twitter to explain what happened to her normal "23" costume, to say "NOT a new outfit for 23. I didn't make my quick change and I couldn't NOT come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies." The singer, who has been touring and performing for live audiences for many years now, elaborated to say that this has never happened to her before, but she loves her fans too much to make them miss out on a song. In the words of Miley, the "show much go on." Plus, who needs pants right? Not, Miley Cyrus! Let's face it guys, this look isn't that much different than the briefs and long sleeved crop tops we've seen her in a ton lately, am I right or what? And when it comes to shock factor on the Bangerz tour, this doesn't really compare. Just last week, Miley made headlines for smooching "I Kissed a Girl" singer Katy Perry.
