Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng said the decision by TV3 to blur the actresses’ dresses at the Oscars ceremony is uncalled for and considered it a step backwards.

He said this after TV3 came under criticism for blurring the bodies of two female presenters at the recent Oscars ceremony during its news programme.

When asked in a press conference, Lim (above) said that the Oscars is one of the most prestigious events in the world, with high standards and regulations.
