And let me just tell you guys that the list of Oscar performers is out of this world, so mark those calendars because this is one concert… I mean award show… you WON’T want to miss.
If you’ve been dying to see all your favorite artists perform in one place, no need to wait for those summer music festivals because it has just been announced that Lady Gaga, Sam Smith and The Weeknd are set to perform at the Academy Awards and this might only be the beginning. The group of musicians will also be presenting awards, along with many other big names that were also released today.
The new group of presenters besides Gaga, Sam and The Weeknd will also include Benicio Del Toro, Tina Fey, Whoopi Goldberg, Ryan Gosling, Kevin Hart, Charlize Theron and Pharrell Williams. Oh, and of course we can’t forget that the sweetest, most adorable 9-year-old on the planet, Jacob Tremblay, is also set to present because, well, we’ll let him explain why...
The show’s producer David Hill and Reginald Hudlin are thrilled at the diversity of artists, actors and influencers set to present and revealed in a statement that QUOTE, "Each of these artists brings a wonderfully distinctive element to the Oscars stage. Together they represent the many thrilling ways stories can be shared about the human experience, and we're honored they will be part of the celebration."
