It's Gaga versus JLo! Who was the best dressed on the Oscars red carpet!
Welcome back to Clevvers Trophy Life where we're bringing you everything fashionable from this year's awards season. And today's news feed is brought to you by XFINITY, the future of awesome.
If your jaw didn't hit the floor the moment you saw Jennifer Lopez on tonight's Oscars red carpet, then you probably aren't even human. JLo took our breath away wearing this elegantly embellished, nude princess styled couture Ellie Sabb gown that oozed with royal inspiration. From head the toe we were obsessed with this entire ensemble: JLo's classic slick backed pony, her brown hued smokey eyes, this perfectly positioned low cut neck line and of course the sparkle detailing. I mean, it's pretty safe to say that JLo might have been one of the best dressed ladies on the red carpet.
Buuut someone who gave her a run for her money tonight (little monsters) is our girl Miss (soon to be Mrs.) Lady Gaga who brought her signature edgy style in a show stopping white and silver custom voluminous gown by Paris based designer Azzedine Alaia. Couture is the perfect way to describe Gaga's ensemble, with the over the top structure of the shoulders but everyone, everywhere can not stop talking about her very interesting accessory choice: those over sized red gloves. And while they may appear to be more Gardner chic than Oscar chic, we do think that everything else about this outfit is glamorous and beautiful, including her dramatically awesome hair and makeup!
