Opposition and Independent lawmakers signed a petition today protesting the arrest of three MPs over the Bersih rally.
The petition said the arrest of DAP’s Anthony Loke and PKR’s Tian Chua and Zuraida Kamaruddin over the Bersih rally was a violation of their rights to free speech and to assemble as guaranteed by the federal constitution.
