Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin has expressed hope that former Umno leader Khairy Jamaluddin will join Bersatu.

Muhyiddin said Khairy had not applied to join but Bersatu had made an offer, and that offer still stands.

He added that if Khairy joins, Bersatu will offer him a supreme council position, because they know that he can contribute.
