Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad launched the mySalam B40 National Protection Scheme on Thursday. The scheme will provide takaful protection for the bottom 40% household income group to deal with financial difficulties arising from admission to government hospitals or when they were diagnosed with one of 36 critical illnesses.
