Digital and Communication Minister Fahmi Fadzil says there's no plans to change or do without the 6-month cooling off period for recycled mobile phone numbers just yet.
In his response to a question about complaints from users with recycled phone numbers, Fahmi said the MCMC had received only 80 complaints, or 0.0016 percent of the total active users in the country.
Even though the number is small, Fahmi said his ministry with MCMC will look at ways to improve the situation.
