After officiating a religious event in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said parents who allowed their underaged children to ride a motorcycle would be reprimanded as the Government wanted to reduce automobile accidents in Malaysia.
