PKR vice-president Chang Lih Kang said good progress has been made in seat negotiations between Pakatan Harapan, BN and other parties in the government in facing the upcoming state elections.

Previously, DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke said Harapan had in principle proposed for incumbent parties to defend their respective seats won during the 14th general election, but the negotiation process will be left in the wisdom of each state menteri besar.
