Raub MP Chow Yu Hui has called for a review of PDRM's SOPs on rally notice, after the recent incident involving the Women's March Malaysia 2024 organizers.
Yesterday, the organizers of the event managed to hand in their notice, after four failed attempts.
A permit for assembly is no longer required after the Peaceful Assembly Act was enacted but organisers must notify the officer in charge of a police district of an assembly five days before it is held.
