I decided to upgrade the sled to a propulsion different system. I have switched over (motor wise), from a large 1/8th scale Tekin T8 1700kv Brushless motor, to a 1/10th scale Pro 4 HD 3500kv Brushless motor. I have also upgraded my battery to a 4s, high output (50c discharge) 3300mah lipo battery.
The difference in power is substantial. I have also upgraded my pinion to a steel pinion (17t), and the gear ratio to the spur is fantastic.
