With the weather being brutally cold outside, I am taking advantage of the fact I can get these projects done. My Radio Controlled Ford F-150 is a custom build based on the Tamiya CC-01 model with an extended chassis frame. The Ford F150 FX4 Body was from a "toy" grade model, and has also been modified to attach to the custom frame. In this film I tackle the challenge of figuring out how to mount this aluminum bumper to the chassis. This film is intended to show what it's like for a hobbyist to work their way through some problems. Though none of these problems demonstrated in the films are particularly "hard one's", they are ones that pose a challenge and can be worked out using imagination and creativity. Anything is possible in the Radio Control hobby.
The bumper went on with a few extra challenges that did not appear on camera. As I worked through the issues, I was wondering with scenes I should be showing. I think overall, the experience of watching this film will be able to show you the process I went through to get to the final result.
I hope you enjoy this film, and are inspired to try out the hobby of Radio Control!
