Click to Subscribe! ► - Is there anything a Traxxas Summit (1/10th scale) can't do? It has long been debated if this truck classifies as a 1/10th scale - as truly, it is most comparable to a 1/8th scale Monster Truck. Traxxas (the Manufacturer), put a stamp of 1/10th on it.. so the world follows along.. but true scale freaks debate this daily. I for one have changed my Traxxas summit severely, and upgraded the shit out of it. MiP driveshafts all around, Dual Kershaw 700 brushed motors, Dual 2s lipo 7000mah batteries, RPM arms all the way around, as a Pitdawg Hydro Dipped Rad Rod body from Proline Racing. The 40 series Tires are Mud Slingers from RC4WD as well as the Aluminum Wheels are also from RC4WD. They are fantastic, but heavy.. especially with mud on them. The giant tires are being turned by Dual waterproof Savox Digital Servos.
Today the muddy & water got the best of my rig.. my Kershaw Designs dual motor setup finally failing after a few years of abuse. Im not disappointed.. in fact, what a great show the rig put on for everyone!
