Three voters who filed a judicial review application to quash the Election Commission's (EC) refusal to hold a local enquiry for the redelineation exercise of the constituency of Setiawangsa have withdrawn their application because the EC finally acknowledged the total of 110 voters who have tiled their objection compared to the initial 81 voters.
To qualify for a local inquiry, at least 110 voters must come forward to object to the redelineation in a certain constituency.
