Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia said that the decision to suspend the three DAP MPs, Nga Khoo Ham (Beruas-DAP), V Sivakumar (Batu Gajah-DAP) and Nga Kor Ming (Taiping-DAP) for ten days would not be withdrawn.
He said the decision to suspend the MPs did not need to be brought to the rights and privileges committee as only matters that are unclear and needs further investigation would be brought to the committee.
