Rob Dyrdek & Fans Mourn The Untimely Death Of Rob & Big's Christopher "Big Black" Boykin

Christopher “Big Black” Boykin has suddenly passed away, and fans and friends are taking to social media to mourn their loss.
Big Black rose to fame on MTV’s reality comedy series “Rob & Big”, which ran for three seasons from 2006 to 2008 detailed the eccentric life of Rob as a famous skateboarder and Boykin as his fun-loving BFF and big, protective bodyguard. The show followed the duo doing wacky things together, such as purchasing a mini-horse, filming rap videos, and breaking multiple Guinness world records.
News of Big Black’s passing had a flurry of devastated friends and fans taking to social media to share their reactions to the shocking news. Fellow MTV star Chanel West Coast shared a picture of Big Black along with the caption QUOTE, “RIP @bigblack1972. My heart is crushed hearing this news. I'll never forget all the times you made me laugh. So many epic memories with you. You put smiles on a lot of people's faces and you will be missed dearly by SO many. My prayers go out to your family and loved ones. Keep them laughing up in heaven.” Ridiculousness' Steelo Brim also shared a heartfelt post to his Instagram, writing QUOTE, "My brain can't truly comprehend this. As soon as we met we became friends. Genuine, Funny, Family Man, just an Overall Great guy. May God Rest his soul and he make everyone in heaven smile like he did on earth! LOVE!"
MTV also released an official statement upon hearing the news, which read QUOTE, "MTV is deeply saddened to learn the news of Christopher 'Big Black' Boykin's passing. He was a long time and beloved member of the MTV family and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this time."
And as for Big Black’s odd-couple BFF and reality co-star, Rob, he was clearly devastated by the shocking news, writing QUOTE, “My heart is broken. I don't want to write this post. I don't want to believe that this is reality. I am so thankful for you. We truly were brothers that lived an unexpected unforgettable adventure. I just can't fathom that it would end so suddenly. You will forever be in my heart”. He also tweeted out a photo of Big Black holding his baby, along with the caption QUOTE, "I am so thankful for this moment..Thank you for being an amazing human being and brother."
