This Sunday Gii said farewell to her cat Chub. She posted a pic of herself with her feline friend onto her Instagram. In the pic her boyfriend Zayn snuggles with her and plants a big kiss on her cheek while she smiles and holds her cat. “We love you always chub," she wrote next to an angel emoji and a cat emoji. Zayn retweeted her photo in solidarity. She also posted this pic and captioned it “brothas.” On the same night Gigi put on a brave face and attended The Daily Front Row's Fashion Los Angeles Awards at the Sunset Tower Hotel. She stunned in a sheer white dress that showed off her long perfectly sculpted legs. People at the event confirmed that she cried there, too. Though not over her cat but at the microphone as she thanked Carine Roitfeld for giving Gigi her very first magazine cover three years earlier. "My career would be unrecognizable without you," Hadid said. We’re glad Gigi had this event to attend and hopefully distract her from the sadness of losing her beloved Chub.
