材料:鳕鱼丝,寿司紫菜,(适量)
蛋白(收口用)适量。
做法:
(1)将紫菜剪成一半,再剪成一寸的宽度,
备用。
(2)取4条鳕鱼丝折两折,用一小段剪好的,
紫菜将鳕鱼丝卷起,涂上蛋白收口。
(3)放入预热烤箱140度,烤约15分钟。
(4)待冷切,再装进罐子。
