Bersatu’s Selat Klang assemblyperson Abdul Rashid Asari said he voiced support for Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari not by choice but was “forced” to do so by circumstances.
According to the former Selangor Bersatu chief, he had no intention to “betray” Bersatu by backing the government.
“I did not want to do this (go against Bersatu) but if they have done this to me, I had to act accordingly,” he said.
