Selena Gomez Coping With Justin Bieber Split by Doing THIS

In November our Jelena hearts were revived once again when Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez reunited. It didn’t take long for Selena and her then boyfriend, the Weeknd, to get break up and for JB to reclaim his title as Selena’s boyfriend.
Although the two haven’t made any official public appearances, they haven’t necessarily been hiding their relationship. They go to church together, attend important family events and cheer each other on at sporting games so basically they’re just like us minus the fact that we don’t have millions of people watching our every move.
Last week we got news that put a little crack in the Jelena hearts when it was revealed that the two decided to part ways and go on a break. Although they’re not completely broken up, they have decided to go on a break a la Rachel and Ross from Friends.
Once the news of their current status was made public, Sel decided to get out of the public eye and took a trip back home to Texas. While trying to figure out what the next step in her relationship with Justin is, Selena wanted to be surrounded by friends and family who are always there for her.
According to E! News, a source close to Sel Go said QUOTE “Selena went to Texas for the weekend to be with her family. She's on a break with Justin partly because of family pressure but also because of some issues surrounding his birthday.”
Apparently the two had a disagreement over what to do to celebrate the “Sorry” singer turning 24 and it turned into something more serious. Thankfully the source also confirmed that they haven’t broken up and that they’re QUOTE “Still in contact” with each other.
We totally understand why Selena flew back home. When you’re having relationship troubles sometimes all you need is friends, family and one or two pints of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.
