Selena Gomez Sends CRYPTIC Message to Justin & Hailey + Was SHOCKED Over Engagement

Ever since news of Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s engagement broke, tabloids and fans alike were eager to hear Selena’s reaction. After all, she and Bieber only “went on a break” that turned into a break-up back in March, and Justin and Hailey’s relationship has only been back on again for a few weeks.
Although it seems that overall, Selena has moved on and couldn’t care less about Justin’s surprise engagement, some outlets think she threw out a response with a cryptic fashion statement.
Three days after the Jailey engagement news broke, Selena was spotted wearing a casual black T-shirt with the words “Only the strong survive” written on its front pocket. She completed the look with grey sweatpants, white sneakers, oversized sunglass and a huge smile.
So is there something behind the “Only the strong survive” message on SelGo’s tee? It could be her version of the #SelenaisFreeParty sentiment, which Selenators used to celebrate the fact that the Jailey engagement news means her and Justin’s up-and-down, back-and-forth relationship is officially done, once and for all.
Or it could just be a black T-shirt with a cool and very sound message.
But as much as Selena has been all-smiles since the engagement news broke, and she’s not commented on it, Hollywood Life reported that the news came as a total shock her. According to their source Selena was QUOTE “Totally shocked and stunned to hear it’s being reported that Justin proposed to Hailey. She honestly can’t believe it. Selena didn’t think they were even that serious, so the thought of them getting married is just mind-boggling to her.”
Honestly, that’s kind of how we all felt before the pair announced their engagement, so we’re not surprised. The source continued QUOTE, “Selena can’t help feeling that Justin has some ulterior motive going on, like, he’s trying to make her jealous, or he’s proving a point to her that he really is grown up and ready for commitment. She just can’t get her mind around it otherwise. If it is a serious proposal, and Justin is being totally genuine in wanting to marry Hailey, then Selena can’t help questioning what he really felt about her, and if he really did love her, because it was only a few months ago that he was declaring his undying love for her, and swearing he couldn’t live without her.”
And another source told the outlet that the only reason it isn’t Justin and Selena that are engaged right now, is because of the pushback they from her family when they got back together. That source said QUOTE, “We could easily be talking about Justin and Selena being engaged right now, but the strain that her Mom brought to that rekindled relationship basically was the last straw for them to be a forever couple. They tried and their was push-back from her family to him and he didn’t want to deal with that the rest of his life. So that is why he found love elsewhere.”
We’re guessing that there was a little more to Selena and Justin’s break-up besides her family’s concerns, but whatever went down is now long in the past, and SelGo and Bieber are both officially moving on.
