Selena Gomez has been quite the busy bee as she’s gearing up to release her brand new album, but she’s also got another project in the work, and it might just involve her neighbors…
So you’re probably thinking, “What on earth do her ‘neighbors’ have to do with Selena’s latest project?” Well, funny you should ask…
AHHH, yes THOSE neighbors! So just when you thought the cast of Neighbors couldn’t get any better (because really, what could be better than a Zac Efron AND Dave Franco bromance?) Selena Gomez has decided to make a pit stop in Atlanta, Georgia and join in on the sequel.
Yesterday, many fans took to Instagram to share clips and photos of Selena having a blast and mingling with Selenators on the set of Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising (as IMDB has named it), and she even took a Snapchat of her own, telling viewers they should definitely tune into the sequel. Take a look:
Selena was pictured in a few different outfits, like a skintight ombre pink mini dress and a robe with what looks like a purple bathing suit underneath. There is no word to whether Selena is playing Zac or Dave’s love interest, but this storyline is set to take place after the boys graduate from college when a new sorority moves onto the street, so Selena may have scored herself as the head Greek Goddess. Chloe Grace Moretz will also be joining the film, along with Neighbors alumns, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.
Neighbors 2 is set to be released May 2016, so in case you didn’t live out your college days to the fullest, prepare to relive in all the ridiculous glory the second go-around!
