Reunited and it feels so good! What's up guys thank you so much for keeping it here at Clevver News where we're discussing SelGo and T-Swift's long-awaited reunion at Monday night's Met Gala. OK, actually so let's back it up a little bit. Just in case you weren't aware, fashion's biggest night went down in NYC on Monday where seriously every A-Lister ever came out to celebrate. Every year the Met Gala has a different theme and celebrates a certain designer, and this year was designated as Charles James: Beyond Fashion Costume Institute.
Great, now that that's out of the way, let's take a deeper look at Selena and Tay's glitzy reunion, shall we?
So obviously the video has an old Hollywood glam feel to it thanks to the grainy filter used, and not to mention that dreamy Dean Martin (I'm pretty sure it's Dean Martin but not 100% lol) track playing in the background. There are various shots throughout the Instagram video, and these two look as close as ever as they dance around and get super silly in their designer gowns. There's even a little Chrissy Teigen cameo at the end!
This video is sure to put any tension rumors between the two to rest, as many were reporting that their friendship was on the outs due to another Selena reunion -- with Justin Bieber. Apparently, Taylor isn't the biggest fan of JB, and didn't like that they were getting back together. However, it appears as though the feeling was mutual and JB didn't like Tay that much either.
We hate to say it, but maybe this is a way of Selena getting back at Justin for flaunting his new friendship with the Jenners all over Instagram this weekend? As we're sure you know, Selena hung out with them all at Coachella, but quickly distanced herself after she thought that Kylie Jenner and JB hooked up. Confused yet? Either way, it all feels a bit high school, don't you think?
