That’s right, as if Beyonce hasn’t already taken over the world… You know, its’ about time she got a skyscraper built in the shape of her body.
This IS NOT A DRILL, Queen B is set to take Melbourne’s skyline. The building is currently in the works from the architect firm Elenberg Fraser. The ‘premier Tower’ features stunning curves and edges that take direct inspiration from Beyonce’s notable figure. The space is set for both retail and residential space, while finding function in all the curves of B’s bod.
The Architects also released information on how they plan to work the science into forming a building that’s pure and simple by using their new parametric modeling techniques in which they say QUOTE: “Is actually the most effective way to redistribute the building’s mass, giving the best results in terms of structural dispersion, frequency oscillation and wind requirements."
Sounds like a LOT of work to me, and the science part has got me a little crazy however… The masterminds behind the project also catered to people like me saying QUOTE: “"For those more on the art than science side, we will reveal that the form does pay homage to something more aesthetic — we’re going to trust you’ve seen the music video for Beyonce's 'Ghost.”
UMM yes! How could we forget that figure loving, hugging, getup that she was rocking… but in case you did forget… I got you.
Beyonce has yet to comment on the building, but I’m sure she’s flattered, and hey, when she stays in Australia, she’s got a new go-to place to stay!
But I’m curious as to what you’re thinking about this building in the shape of B’s bod? Are you LOVING the idea orrrr have you had enough of Bey? Good joke… Right? I’m prety sure that’s Life Goals all over the place.
