The death and body dumping of a three-year-old child in Langkawi is a tragedy, Deputy Prime Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said today.
A couple detained in connection with the death of the girl reportedly told police that the toddler under their care had suffered seizures while she was being bathed.
Yesterday the police had found a skull and bits of hair believed to be that of a three-year-old girl who went missing last month and suspected that she had been murdered.
