The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) will automatically implement compound rate reductions as a way to facilitate the settlement of compounds.
Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the approach was aimed at encouraging corporate communities to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act 1965 and the Companies Act 2016.
