The Umno theme song echoed through Sekolah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 14, as party flags were waved by students at an event organised by the Federal Territories Ministry.
The event was said to be an award ceremony for a performance and class decorating competition held in conjunction with Merdeka month.
The school headmaster said the event had nothing to do with politics and does not violate regulations set by the education ministry.
