Former Pasir Salak MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman hoped that his six-year suspension from Umno would be lifted so he can help the party during the upcoming state elections.

Tajuddin told reporters at his Aidilfitri open house in Pasir Salak, Perak yesterday that he was not keen on joining other parties.

"If I am no longer suspended by Umno, of course, I will campaign, and help work for the party. If possible, I don't want to be with other parties," he said.
